The teams will face off in the NEAFL preliminary final at Blacktown International SportsPark this Saturday from 3.15pm.
If victorious, the UWS GIANTS will meet the winner of Swans Reserves and NT Thunder the following week in the Grand Final.
According to NEAFL rules, UWS GIANTS will be allowed to field up to 15 listed players, with the remaining spots to be filled by top-up selections.
Additions to the team could include Tom Boyd, Matt Buntine, James Stewart, Cam McCarthy, Nathan Wilson, Liam Sumner and Zac Williams who all played in the GIANTS' win over the Western Bulldogs last Sunday.
UWS GIANTS coach Brett Hand said he expected the returning players to lead the charge after gaining invaluable experience at AFL level.
"A number of boys played in the AFL side on Sunday so they're riding a high at the moment after that great win (over Western Bulldogs)," Hand said.
"Nathan Wilson will provide us with some run and drive (while) Tom Boyd's had some great experience in the AFL lately… we'll be looking for those guys to come back and really contribute to the team."
The UWS GIANTS finished the home and away season on top of the NEAFL ladder with a total of 15 wins, three loses and percentage of 184.14
Their average winning margin was 68 points while their biggest victory was over Gold Coast Reserves in Round 9 (191 points).
"It's been a very good season for us only losing a couple of games," Hand said.
"We're pleased with how we've gone about it and we're looking forward to playing finals footy which is another step in the right direction for our club."
"Aspley have been the strongest team in Queensland all year. Right across the field they have a good even spread of contributors."
Aspley finished the season in fourth position with 13 wins, five losses and a percentage of 167.95.
