From our historic Round 1 victory over the Swans, to the first win on the road in Brisbane, our first win at the Melbourne Cricket Ground and the thrilling win yesterday, GIANTS supporters have been at every game proudly cheering on their team.
The players and club are thankful for our members and fans’ unwavering support across the season both at home at Spotless Stadium and StarTrack Oval in Canberra, and at all venues across Australia, where there’s always splashes of orange and a loud “GIANTS” chant.
2014 saw the GIANTS reach a new membership milestone with 13,044 GIANTS members, the first time the club has broken the 13,000 mark.
Round 1 also saw our largest-ever crowd at Spotless Stadium, with 17,102 fans watching the GIANTS’ huge win over their cross-town rivals. We also had our second biggest crowd at StarTrack Oval, with 10,211 at our final Canberra home game against North Melbourne.
As we build a club like no other, we are so glad our fans, corporate sponsors and partners are on this journey with us.
