GIANTS members and fans can watch the club’s AFLW side do battle in action for the final time before the 2023 season gets underway when they take on Richmond in a practice match at Blacktown International Sportspark on Friday afternoon with entry free to all spectators.
The practice match will also be live streamed on the GIANTS’ website and feature commentary by highly regarded footy experts Gemma Bastiani and Lucy Watkin.

If you're a member, getting into the game is easy!
If you have a physical members card, simply have this ready for scanning on arrival at GIANTS Stadium. If you hold a digital ticket, download the GIANTS App and select 'My Tickets' in the menu at bottom on your screen! Then select ‘Rd 23: GWS GIANTS v Essendon. From here you'll be able to save your ticket to your wallet.

MEMBERS THANK YOU ROUND
The GIANTS are celebrating Member Thank You Round when they take on the Bombers at GIANTS Stadium this Saturday.
Reaching 32,704 members (and counting), the GIANTS have topped 30,000 for the fifth consecutive season and set a new club record in season 2023.
On Saturday we’ll be showing our thanks and appreciation to the loyal, loud and passionate people that make up the Orange Army.
Members Bar
In celebration of our members, we have increased the 10 per cent discount on food and drink in the Members Bar to 15 per cent during the clash with the Bombers.
The Members Bar is located on the concourse within the Members Stand. All members can access this space both pre-game and during the match.
Special Horder Room Access for Ultimate GIANTS Members
As part of the GIANTS’ Thank You Members Round we will be giving ultimate GIANTS members access to the Horder Room, located across the hall from the Members Bar.
The Horder Room, which will also include 15 per cent off food and drink, will be available to enter once gates are open.
Any ultimate members wishing to enter the Horder Room must show a valid membership card, or the text message sent to them by the GIANTS on Thursday. Any guest of an ultimate member must obtain a Members Bar guest wristband before entering. Wristbands can be collected at the Members Hub outside Gate D.
Post-Match Members Event
All members are encouraged to visit the GIANTS’ home at the VAILO Community Centre post-match for a special function with the players to say thank you to our Orange Army.
The free event will feature a number of family-friendly activities as the GIANTS’ way of saying thank you to our valued and passionate members for another home and away season of unwavering support.
The special event will feature a caricature artist for members to take home a cartoon version of themselves, an orange fairy floss machine, airbrush tattoos, and the chance to mingle with the entire AFL playing group following their clash with the Bombers.
Festivities will kick off soon after the match with the Bombers, with members and fans encouraged to head to the VAILO Community Centre to be part of the fun.
The VAILO Community Centre is located at 1 Olympic Boulevard, Sydney Olympic Park.

GETTING TO GIANTS STADIUM
Fans are encouraged to plan their trip and consider all the available travel options ahead of time.
If you’re driving, consider pre-booking your parking online, available until 11:59pm the night before the game. The best parking for GIANTS Stadium is the P1 and P6 car parks.

The GIANTS Shop at GIANTS Stadium is located inside Gate D and directly adjacent to the Fan Zone. Member discounts and GIANTS Shop vouchers can be redeemed at outlets in the Stadium.

Vote for your Most Valuable GIANT! After our game on Saturday, GIANTS fans will be able to vote for their most valuable player in a 3, 2, 1 voting style. Vote via our story on Instagram. The overall winner of the Most Valuable GIANT - as chosen by you - will be awarded the trophy at this year’s Kevin Sheedy Medal.
TEAM SELECTION
The GIANTS will name their team at 6:20 pm on Thursday night at gwsgiants.com.au.
The VFL team will be named at 6pm on Friday night at gwsgiants.com.au.

Saturday’s match will be shown live on Fox Footy and Kayo nationally and on 7 Mate in NSW and the ACT from 4:30pm.
