The GIANTS Chief Executive Officer, David Matthews is getting behind Australia's largest mental health and fitness initiative, The Push-Up Challenge, to help raise funds and awareness for mental health.

The Push-Up Challenge is a free virtual event that is easy to get involved in and supports AFL partners Lifeline Australia and GIANTS charity partners headspace.  

Participants will be challenged to complete 3318 push-ups over 25 days, putting the spotlight on the tragic number of suicides in Australia in 2019.
