The 2020 Kevin Sheedy Medal will be held next Tuesday, October 27 with GIANTS members and fans able to be part of the night with the event to be live streamed.
Be part of the action as we get set to crown our 2020 club champion.
Who will take home the GIANTS’ highest individual honour? Will we see our first dual winner in the club’s history or will a new face take home the ninth edition of the Sheedy Medal.
The small function will be held at the Ivy Ballroom, with the majority of the night to be available to watch on the GIANTS’ website and Facebook page.
Hosted by GIANTS number one ticketholder and board member Melissa Doyle, along with 2GB Drive host Jim Wilson, the club champion will be crowned as well as a host of other awards handed out.
Awards to be presented will include the Rising Star Award, NEAFL Development Award, Members Choice Award, Mark of the Year, Goal of the Year, Leading Goalkicker and Coaches Award.
The club will also recognise the players and coaches who reached life membership in 2020 as well as farewelling retirees.
The live stream will be available at gwsgiants.com.au or the GIANTS’ Official Facebook page and will commence at 7:50pm with the Kevin Sheedy Medal to be awarded at approximately 9pm.
