The Greater Western Sydney GIANTS have recalled All Australian forward Jeremy Cameron to take on the Swans in Sydney Derby VI at the SCG on Saturday night.

Cameron is the only change to the GIANTS side which defeated Carlton by eight points at Spotless Stadium last Sunday.

The GIANTS, who defeated their cross-town rivals by 32-points in Round 1, will be aiming for three wins in a row for the first time in the club’s history.

Number one draft pick Tom Boyd has made way for Cameron and has been named as an emergency.

“Tom Boyd’s unlucky to go out of the side, his game last week against Carlton was fantastic,” said Head Coach Leon Cameron.

“But Jeremy Cameron has come up (following an ankle injury) and we’re looking forward to seeing him back in our forward line,” he said.

Cameron said the GIANTS looked forward to playing the Swans at their home ground.

“We’re playing the best side in the competition that has won nine in a row and I think it’s a great test for us and I think it’s great we’re playing the Swans this week,” he said.

The GIANTS play the Swans at the SCG on Saturday night at 7.40pm. The match will be shown live across NSW and the ACT on Fox Sports 3 and 7mate.
