The GIANTS will field an unchanged line-up for just the second time in the club’s AFL Women’s history when they face the Lions on Sunday at Hickey Park in Brisbane.

The GIANTS will be hoping that history repeats with the GIANTS recording back-to-back wins for the only time in the club’s history when they named unchanged teams for rounds five and six of the 2018 season.

Having downed the West Coast Eagles by 28 points last Sunday, the GIANTS head north in search of their first win over Brisbane in the AFLW competition.

Despite defeating Brisbane in their last four pre-season encounters, the GIANTS are yet to take premiership points away from their meetings with the Lions in the last three seasons.

Meanwhile, Rebecca Beeson and Jess Dal Pos will both play their 25th games for the club with both having not missed a game since the club’s inaugural AFLW match in round one, 2017.

Alicia Eva will also notch up her 25th consecutive game after debuting in the competition’s historic opening game at Princes Park, playing for Collingwood in round one, 2017.

The GIANTS’ clash with Brisbane will be broadcast live and free on 7Mate in Sydney from 5pm and on Fox Footy and on Kayo from 5pm on a subscription basis.

The game will also be broadcast live and free through the AFL Women’s official app.
