UWS GIANTS (2nd) v Brisbane Lions Reserves (10th)
The UWS GIANTS could move into equal top spot on the NEAFL ladder if they beat Brisbane at Spotless Stadium on Sunday.
The GIANTS are coming off a bye in the NEAFL and will be fresh to take on the Lions, who have been ravaged with injury.
Brisbane has only six AFL-listed players in its side this week, but has welcomed back NEAFL Rising Star nominee Eric Hipwood among 14 changes to its line-up from last round.
After an injury ravaged start to the year, small forward Liam Sumner will play his first match of the season while Rhys Palmer will also line up following a shoulder injury.
The GIANTS have also brought in defender Adam Kennedy (omitted from the AFL side) and midfielder Jacob Hopper from the PM CAPITAL GIANTS Academy at the expense of Connor Byrne, Karl Merson, Sam Simmons, Lachie Tiziani, Tom Powell and Nathan Wilson.
