GIANTS Academy product Isaac Cumming has joined the GIANTS with pick 20 of the 2016 NAB AFL Draft.
The Swans bid on the athletic defender from Broken Hill in western New South Wales and the GIANTS matched the bid for the 18-year-old with pick 20.
A 183cm, 72kg defender with elite disposal and exciting pace, Cumming had a busy 2016.
Cumming represented NSW/ACT and the Allies in the NAB AFL Under-18 Championships, while also playing Under 18s football for North Adelaide.
The rebounding backman also made his NEAFL debut for the WSU GIANTS in their round 17 win over Swans Reserves.
Exceptionally clean with the ball by hand, Cumming ranked in the top ten for the kicking and clean hands tests at the NAB AFL Draft Combine.
Cumming joins fellow Academy graduates Will Setterfield (pick 5) and Harry Perryman (pick 14) as well as Victorian midfielder/forward Tim Taranto (pick 2).
