Ruckman Rory Lobb and midfielder Will Setterfield have today informed the club that they wish to explore potential trades across the NAB AFL Trade Period.
Lobb has chosen Fremantle as his club of choice while Setterfield has nominated Carlton.
Both players expressed a desire to explore their opportunities with other clubs following the end of the season, with all parties agreeing to approach the conversations maturely and respectfully.
The GIANTS will now work with the Dockers and Blues to discuss potential trades that see appropriate returns for the club.
Lobb is contracted for the 2019 season while Setterfield is signed to the end of the 2020 season.
Should a suitable trade not be reached, the club expects both players to remain GIANTS next year.
The NAB AFL Trade Period commenced on Monday morning and runs through to Wednesday, October 17.
