Possessing clean hands and crisp decision-making, Ough uses his strong frame and power to excel in the contest. Highlighting his versatility, Ough showed strong form playing predominately as a winger for Vic Country and as an inside midfielder with the GWV Rebels. Ough was a standout for the Rebels in the Coates Talent League final series, averaging 25 disposals - included having 33 disposals and seven inside 50s against the Geelong Falcons in the quarter-final. A strong runner for his size, Ough’s endurance was highlighted at the Draft Combine with time of 6:39 in the 2km time trial.
