Mikayla Pauga will return for the GIANTS’ Tuesday night clash with the Saints in Melbourne.
Returning after serving a two-match suspension for rough conduct, the dynamic 21-year-old will bolster a GIANTS side looking to take down the Saints as part of the AFLW’s mid-week footy.
Joining the club in the summer after winning a premiership with the Lions last season, Pauga has combined time up forward with time as a midfielder in a strong start to her time at the GIANTS.
The newcomer returns in place of star defender Izzy Huntington who will be managed for Tuesday night’s clash which will be the club’s second of three games in an 11-day span.
In what is the first match of this year’s AFLW Pride Round celebrated across round seven, the GIANTS and the Saints will meet at Kinetic Stadium at 7:15pm in Frankston on Tuesday night.
