Lachie Ash has been suspended for one match for rough conduct following Saturday's win over Fremantle.
Ash was charged with rough conduct following a tackle on Docker Hayden Young in the second quarter, with the incident classified as careless conduct, medium impact and high contact.
The club appealed the suspension at the AFL Tribunal on Tuesday afternoon.
The Tribunal deliberated, upholding the one-match ban, with Ash set to miss the upcoming match against the Bulldogs.
The GIANTS take on the Bulldogs at Mars Stadium in Ballarat on Sunday at 12:30pm.
