FAN ZONE

There’s so much fun to be had in the GIANTS Fan Zone on Saturday as we celebrate Kids Round, presented by Harvey Norman! There’ll be GIANT Inflatables, face painting, loads of giveaways, GIANTS colouring in station, and our GIANTS mascots will be roaming the fan zone area! We’ll also have a food truck on site and an ice cream van with tasty treats available for purchase to help cool off in the warm conditions.

Bus: Blacktown International Sportspark is located within walking distance from Rooty Hill Railway Station and Doonside Railway Station - just a 20-minute walk from each. Alternatively, you can catch the 728 bus from Blacktown or Mt Druitt station.

Parking: There are various parking options in the Blacktown International Sportspark precinct., with free parking options available from P2 to P7, with P2 (enter via Gate A) and P5 (enter via Gate C) the closest to the venue.

Vote for your Most Valuable GIANT! After our game on Saturday, GIANTS fans will be able to vote for their most valuable player in a 3, 2, 1 voting style. Vote via our Instagram story or on the GIANTS app - Click here to download it now. The overall winner of the Most Valuable GIANT - as chosen by you - will be awarded the trophy at this year’s Gabrielle Trainor Medal. 

KICK A GOAL, PLANT A TREE

Capital Brewing Co has partnered with the GIANTS to launch the third year of their Trees for Tomorrow initiative in partnership with Jindabyne-based environmental charity Keep it Cool.

The 'Kick A Goal, Plant A Tree' program has Capital Brewing Co working hand in hand with the GIANTS, committing to plant a native Australian tree for every goal kicked by the GIANTS’ AFL and AFLW teams throughout the 2023 season.

TEAM SELECTION

The GIANTS will name their team at 6:20pm on Thursday at gwsgiants.com.au. 

BROADCAST 

The GIANTS’ round three clash with the Tigers will be shown live on Fox Footy and Kayo nationally and on 7Mate in NSW and the ACT from 1pm on Saturday.
