The Greater Western Sydney GIANTS extend their condolences to the family and friends of John McCarthy following his tragic passing.
Chairman Tony Shepherd said: "John was a young man in the prime of his life with a promising AFL career ahead of him. Like everyone, we are shocked and saddened by the news and our thoughts are with his family, friends and all his teammates at the Port Adelaide, Collingwood, Dandenong Stingrays and Sorrento Football Clubs."
