Known for his explosive and dynamic playing style and goal-scoring ability, Stringer joined the GIANTS following a trade with Essendon in the 2024 trade period. Originally drafted to the Western Bulldogs via pick five in the 2012 AFL Draft, Stringer played 89 games for the ‘Dogs where he was named All-Australian in 2015 and part of the Dogs’ 2016 premiership side. Stringer joined the Bombers at the end of 2017 and went on to play 123 games and further establish himself as one of the league’s most electrifying forwards. Known to many of the football world as ‘The Package’, Stringer joined the GIANTS following a strong 2024 season in which he played all 23 games and kicked 42 goals for the Bombers. With 212 AFL games experience and 376 goals to his name, Stringer brings a wealth of talent and experience to an already star-studded GIANTS forward line.
