One of the GIANTS’ young leaders, Georgia Garnett joined the club ahead of the 2020 AFLW season following her key role in the East Coast Eagles’ push to the AFL Sydney Grand Final in 2019. Hailing from Castle Hill in Western Sydney, where she represented NSW/ACT at three NAB AFLW Under-18 Championships, Garnett can play as a key post at either end of the ground but has made her mark as a forward in her time as a GIANT. After a breakout 2021 season, Garnett took home the Rising Star and Community Awards at the Gabrielle Trainor Medal.
