Saturday’s game against the Crows is the perfect way to introduce your family to AFL. At the family-friendly time of 2.10pm on Saturday during the school holidays and a family pass for four people just $30, there’s never been a better time.
There’ll be a special ‘First Timers’ booth just inside Gate D with giveaways and a GIANTS staff members ready to explain who we are, what we do and all the rules of the AFL.
But first, before you get to the game, we’ll tell you 10 reasons why you should come to the footy:

Get off the couch, step away from the TV remote and enjoy a day out with your family and friends. Nothing beats the atmosphere of being there and getting the whole picture.
4. GIANTS are for fans
We’re your team in Western Sydney and the fans are a huge part of the GIANTS family. The players love having the crowd on their side so make sure you get along to support your team.
5. Meet the Players
After the game the entire GIANTS team will be out on the ground signing autographs, posing for photos and having a kick around. Make sure you pick up a signature card from inside Gate D before the game.
6. Kick to Kick on Spotless Stadium
Hang around after the game and get your chance to be a GIANT and experience kick-to-kick on Spotless Stadium, with an on-field DJ and heaps of giveaways.
7. We’ll teach you about the game
Don’t know AFL? Don’t worry! Visit the First Timers booth and we’ll take care of you with an explanation on how the game works and any other questions you might have, plus heaps of giveaways.
8. Best stadium
Spotless Stadium at Sydney Olympic Park was voted by fans as the number one AFL stadium in Australia. With home to one of the biggest in screens in the southern hemisphere, there isn't a bad seat in the house.
9. Time slot
We’re back in the traditional football time slot of 2.10pm on a Saturday afternoon. It’s a family friendly time and with school holidays on in Sydney, it’s the perfect family day out.
10. The Footy
The GIANTS have won three out of their five games at Spotless Stadium this year and are out to turn Spotless Stadium into a real fortress. The Crows knocked off their top of the table cross town rivals last week, so it’s set to be a cracking match.
