DAY 3
It’s now the half-way point of our training camp and so far I’ve been very impressed with the output from the players.
Wednesday is usually our main training day so our session this afternoon was always going to be pretty tough.
It’s been a long day for the boys who rotated between wrestling and weights throughout the morning.
After lunch we loaded up the buses and traveled to Maroochydore for some full oval exercises.
This afternoon we concentrated on some match simulation drills and competitive exercises.
The game of AFL can be very complex so we've got to make sure everyone has a clear understanding of their offensive and defensive roles.
Once again the support from locals on the sideline was appreciated by both staff and players.
Tomorrow is a well-deserved day off for players who will recover from a tough few days.
Looking forward to finishing on a good note with our final session on Friday.
