The GIANTS will kickstart their 2025 campaign with a blockbuster Opening Round clash with Collingwood on Sunday at ENGIE Stadium.

Members Connect
Members Connect will take place on Tuesday from 7pm!
Connect with GIANTS players online and preview our blockbuster Opening Round clash against Collingwood.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 5
Open Training Session
The GIANTS will hold an open training session on Wednesday from 10am – 11:30am at GIANTS HQ at 1 Olympic Boulevard, Sydney Olympic Park.
Please note there will be no player signing session after open training.
THURSDAY, MARCH 6
Opening Round Squad Announced
The GIANTS will name their extended squad for Sunday's Opening Round clash with the Pies at 6:20pm on Thursday night.
Iftar Dinner
A proud GIANTS tradition will continue at GIANTS HQ on Thursday night as the club and the Bachar Houli Foundation celebrate the 10th annual GIANTS Iftar Dinner.
This is an invite only ticketed event.
FRIDAY, MARCH 7
Open Training Session
The GIANTS will hold an open training session on Friday from 9:30am – 11am at GIANTS HQ at 1 Olympic Boulevard, Sydney Olympic Park.
Training will be followed by a player signing session where you can get up close and personal with your favourite GIANTS stars just days out from their Opening Round clash with Collingwood.
Opening Round Team Announced
The GIANTS will name their final side of 23 to take on the Magpies. The team will be announced at 5pm on Friday night at gwsgiants.com.au.
SATURDAY, MARCH 8
The GIANTS will participate in a closed captain’s run session as they go through their final paces the day before the big season opener.
SUNDAY, MARCH 9 – GAME DAY
The GIANTS will host a pre-match function at GIANTS HQ beginning at 12pm. At 2pm the orange tsunami march to ENGIE Stadium will begin, led by the Hot Potato Marching Band.
