The GIANTS have added five players to their extended squad for Sunday’s Pride Round clash with the Crows, including a fresh new face.

Star key position duo Tarni Evans (lower leg) and Izzy Huntington (knee soreness) have both been added to the squad after missing Tuesday’s game in Melbourne. Huntington is set to return on Sunday after being managed, while Evans was a late out for Tuesday but is expected to return.

Meanwhile train-on player Caitlin Fletcher has been included in the extended squad for the first time.

A 21-year-old inside midfielder who plays locally for the Paramatta Goannas, Fletcher would make her AFLW debut if selected in the final side.

Also named in the extended 24-player squad is tall forward Courtney Murphy and small defender Caitlin Miller.

The GIANTS will name their final team of 21 on Friday at 5pm.

Sunday’s Pride Round clash between the GIANTS and the Crows will get under way at 5:05pm on Sunday at Henson Park.
