Trio Added to Squad for Tigers

The GIANTS have named their extended squad for this weekend’s round two match against the Tigers.

The GIANTS have added three fresh faces to their squad set to take on the Tigers in Melbourne on Sunday afternoon.

Newcomer Courtney Murphy, former Swan Aliesha Newman and forward turned defender Caitlin Miller have all been added to the 24-player squad.

Irishwoman Eilish O’Dowd got through Thursday’s main training session to prove her fitness after a minor ankle sprain late in the fourth quarter in last Saturday’s big win over the Bulldogs.

The GIANTS will name their final team of 21on Friday at 5pm.

The GIANTS will travel to Melbourne this weekend to take on the Tigers at the Swinburne Centre on Sunday at 1:05pm.
