Greater Western Sydney GIANTS Head Coach Kevin Sheedy has announced that the GIANTS have given 500 free tickets to today’s clash against the Gold Coast SUNS to SES volunteers.
The volunteers assisted with the flood crisis in NSW and QLD this year.
Sheedy said it was a great way to thank these inspirational Australians for the hard work and dedication that they have shown to disaster-ridden communities.
“We live in a harsh climate in Australia and Mother Nature often throws difficult times our way.
“These volunteers at the SES do an incredible job of helping Aussies out in their hour of need.
“We’ve given them these tickets as a way to say thank you, come along and have a great day at the footy."
