The GIANTS - with nine listed players - were defeated by the Brisbane Lions in the VFL on Saturday afternoon.
Jake Stein (25 disposals), Braydon Preuss (11 marks, 44 hit-outs) and Leyton Chisholm (25 disposals, one goal) all stood out for the orange and charcoal, but it wasn't enough as the GIANTS fell to an 8.10 (58) to 10.16 (76) defeat at Blacktown International Sportspark.
“It was a really solid effort and we fought hard until the end considering we lost two important players early in the first half,” said GIANTS VFL coach Damian Truslove.
Truslove shared his assessments of the AFL and VFL listed players who played in the match.
