A talented junior basketballer, Kaitlyn Srhoj was snapped up by the GIANTS with pick three in the 2023 NAB AFLW Draft after a pair of stellar seasons for Peel Thunder in the WAFL as well as her dominant form for Western Australia in the Under-18 National Championships. Named in the 2023 Under-18 All-Australian team and a part of the AFLW National Academy, the talented teenager is a smooth-moving 175cm winger with the ability to play as an inside midfielder, while also possessing great hands above her head. Hailing from Mandurah just south of Perth, Srhoj announced herself as a star of the future after winning the MVP for best on ground in the 2022 AFLW Under-17 Futures game consisting of the best teenagers in the country.
