The GIANTS have named their team for round nine of the VFL season, with the VFL side bolstered by the return of some big names.

After round seven’s matches were postponed and the club had a bye last week, the GIANTS will line up at Blacktown International Sportspark on Saturday with one of their strongest sides of the season.

The GIANTS' line-up features 13 listed players, including returning key defender Phil Davis as well as Jake Riccardi, Zach Sproule, Matt Buntine and Callum Brown who all saw AFL action last round.

James Peatling will also play his first game since joining the club as a listed player via the mid-season rookie draft while Tom Hutchesson will return from injury.

The clash will kick off at 12:05pm with members and fans able to watch for free around the ground.
