GIANTS captain Stephen Coniglio has paid tribute to the Orange Army after a disappointing 2020 season.

The GIANTS have missed out on playing finals for the first time since 2015 following four straight finals campaigns.

Coniglio said the players were already looking forward to getting back in front of their home fans at GIANTS Stadium in 2021.

“We’re really grateful for our members who’ve helped us reach a membership milestone of over 30,000 this year which is ncredible especially in a year like this,” said Coniglio.

We’re going to take some time to reflect and take a deep breath after what’s been a challenging year both on the field and off it.

I’ve got full faith in the staff and the playing group that we’ll get back to the level we want and we desperately want to win our first silverware for this footy club.

“We’ll be back. I urge our members to please stick together and we’ll make sure 2021 is a better year for the whole club.”
