LAST WEEK
An outstanding performance from the GIANTS, led by Callan Ward (138) helped the boys to a 15 point win at Metricon Stadium.
Ward collected 30 touches, eight marks and five tackles to go with two goals to be the leading scorer on the ground… behind Gary Ablett who finished on a round-high 176.
Defender Heath Shaw (125) played a magnificent Fantasy game with 25 kicks, four handballs and 12 marks. The excellent kick to handball ration made his owners very happy.
A 45 point final quarter gave Devon Smith (124) a much needed score boost to record his first Fantasy ton since round 10. Smith kicked four goals and racked up 27 touches.

ON THE RADAR
FWD/MID Jack Steele (81) continues to be make his coaches plenty of cash. He has increased $105,000 from his four games and goes into round 17 with a breakeven of 26 meaning he has plenty more cash to make.
You should be aiming to keep him as a reliable bench option as either a midfielder or forward.
In the NEAFL, Jake Barrett (MID, $120,000) found the ball 33 times and is edging towards a senior debut. Barrett scored 116 points and has been a shining light in the UWS GIANTS side this season.
WHAT’S COMING UP
The GIANTS travel to Canberra to take on Geelong on Saturday afternoon.
When the two sides met in round 18 last season, Will Hoskin-Elliott (113) and Callan Ward (111) were the only two players to top the Fantasy ton as they went down by seven points.
