Terms and Conditions:

The promoters of this Competition are AFL NSW/ACT (ABN 53 086 385) Level 1 Sheridan Building, Sydney Football Stadium, Moore Park Rd, Moore Park NSW 2021 and the GWS GIANTS ABN15130190242, Eastern Rd, Rooty Hill NSW 2766 (the “Promoters”). 2. Entry to the Competition is open to all Australian residents. An entrant must be an individual and not a company or organisation. Entrants under the age of 18 years need to have consent of their parent and guardian to enter. Employees of the Promoters and any person associated with the Competition, and any organisation or individual associated with the provision of the prize are not eligible to enter. 3. Each entry must be entered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Competition, each entrant agrees to bond to the Terms and Conditions. The Promoters may in its discretion refuse to award any prize to entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions. 4. Entry into the Competition is free. 5. The Competition opens at 3.00pm AEST on Wednesday 21 March 2012 and closes at 6pm AEST on Thursday 22 March, 2012 (“Competition Period”). Any entry received after the expiry of the Competition Period will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries. 6. The Prize Winner will be drawn at 9:00am AEST at the office premises of the GIANTS and the winner will be notified by phone and their full name will be published on the GIANTS webpage gwsgiants.com.au. 7. You must purchase a 2012 GIANTS membership package to be eligible o enter, one GIANTS membership equals one entry, where a family membership is purchased all four members included in the package will gain an individual entry this also applies to additional juniors in a family membership package.. 8. All entries become the property of the Promoters and will not be returned. 9. The Prize is 2 x virgin Australia return flights to one GIANTS 2012 home and away season match, 2 x tickets to the fixture of choice (category of seating is at the discretion of the promoter) and one night accommodation (accommodation supplier is at the discretion of the promoter) total retail value of the prize is $850. 10. The Prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. By entering the Competition you agree that the Promoters may use your entry and personal details provided for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes of the Promoters without notice.
