The Greater Western Sydney GIANTS will face North Melbourne in their final game of the 2012 season at SKODA Stadium.

The AFL today announced it had finalised the fixture for round 23 of the 2012 Toyota AFL Premiership season, which had been left as a floating round when the fixture was announced late last year.

Given that North Melbourne is currently in seventh position on the AFL ladder, this match will be played at 4.40pm on Saturday.

GIANTS CEO David Matthews encouraged all GIANTS fans to mark this game in their calendars, as it would be the last chance to see the young guns in action in their inaugural year.

“This is our last home game of the season so it would be great to see plenty of orange at SKODA Stadium.

“The support that we have received in our first year has been great, we’ve signed up over 10,000 members and the noise of the home crowd, particularly in our win against Port Adelaide has been fantastic,” Matthews said.
