Getting to ANZ Stadium?
With the match coinciding with the Royal Easter Show, footy fans are urged to leave the car at home and take advantage of the additional and direct train and bus services put on for the Easter Show and included in all event tickets. Fans should also plan their journey and travel early to ensure they are in their seats before the match gets underway.??
All tickets to the Easter Saturday clash between the GWS GIANTS and Sydney Swans at ANZ Stadium include entry and return travel on CityRail trains, Sydney Olympic Park Major Event Bus Services, regular Sydney Buses (STA), Liverpool to Parramatta T-way buses and Sydney Ferries services.??
Trains?
Fans heading to the match by train should travel to Lidcombe and change for a connecting service to Olympic Park, operating every 10 minutes.?CityRail will operate the following additional services:
• Central and Olympic Park from 8am to midnight
• Lidcombe and Olympic Park from 5:30am to 9am
• Blacktown and Olympic Park from 9:01am to midnight
• Olympic Park to Penrith from 8pm to 11am
• Two additional services will run between Newcastle and Olympic Park, departing Newcastle at 7am and 8am
• An additional service will depart Wyong at 8:40am to Olympic Park
• An additional service will depart Central at 9:45pm to Newcastle
? Buses?
Sydney Olympic Park Major Event Bus services are operating on 11 routes across Sydney.?Return bus services depart from Sydney Olympic Park from approximately 12:30pm with the last bus on each route departing by 11am.?Sydney Buses will also operate to a regular weekday timetable. Route 525 operates between Parramatta and Burwood via Sydney Olympic Park.
Parking ?Fans who have not pre-booked parking should not drive and are advised to take advantage of the extra direct train and bus services on for the Easter Show which are also included in the event ticket for the Easter Saturday AFL clash.??
Those driving should allow plenty of time to get to Sydney Olympic Park, find a parking space and get to their seat for the game.??Membership Information?Your membership pass entitles you to FREE access to the Sydney Royal Easter Show (excludes GIANTS Insiders, Baby and Pet memberships) on the day of the Battle of the Bridge. ??Please note you MUST have your membership card with you to scan at the turnstiles to gain entry to the show. Should you not have your card you will not be granted access to the Easter Show and will need to purchase a ticket. ??Children under 3 years of age access the show for free and do not require a ticket. ? ??
Cap and Yearbook Collections?
There will be various locations outside ANZ Stadium where you can collect your 2013 Member Cap and Yearbook.??Look out for the GIANTS marquee Cap and Yearbook locations detailed below:
• Light Tower 3 located in front of Gate A/B
• Gate O/P
• Car Park 1
Make sure you bring your voucher that can be found in your 2013 membership pack to collect your items. ??Lost cards?If you have lost your membership card, please visit the Match Day Office, located at Gate A/B, open from 12:30pm. ??
Post-Match Function?
The Member’s post match function will be at North West Terrence for final siren to an hour post game. Please present your membership card at the door to gain entry, if you do not have your card make sure you visit one of the GIANTS membership marquees prior to entering the venue. ?There will be a chance to mingle with fellow GIANTS and there will be GWS GIANTS players in attendance for a Q&A. ??Access to the North West Terrace is via the stairs at the Level 1 concourse adjacent to A126.
FREE kids entertainment and activities?
Make sure you visit the Fan Zone located at the the Southern End of the Stadium (behind the GIANTS cheer Squad) in-between Gate O and Gate P. ??There will be plenty of activities with the GIANTS Inflatable, the Lifebroker Specky Inflatable, test your kicking skills at the Big Kick, free face painting, a photo booth and plenty more!
