The fixture for round six of the 2020 AFL Premiership season has been released with the GIANTS heading north to Queensland.
The GIANTS will travel to the Gold Coast to play against Port Adelaide, who sit on top of the table, undefeated.
The Power are currently playing all their games in South-East Queensland due to the travel restrictions in South Australia.
The GIANTS have won their last five games against Port and have a winning streak of three games at Metricon Stadium.
The game will take place on Sunday, July 12 which allows the GIANTS seven days between games after the Hawthorn clash at GIANTS Stadium in round five on July 5.
For the first time in AFL history, this season will see teams play all opponents once across a 17-week season.
The AFL is systematically releasing the 2020 AFL Premiership Season fixture in blocks, to maintain the necessary flexibility to account for updated state guidelines and health protocols.
Round 6: GIANTS v Port Adelaide at Metricon Stadium, Sunday 12 July at 1.05pm
