The AFL today released the 2013 Indigenous All-Stars squad to play the Richmond Football Club on Friday, February 8 in Alice Springs, captained by Hawthorn star Lance Franklin.

Four Greater Western Sydney GIANTS players have been named in the squad including Shaun Edwards, Curtly Hampton, Gerald Ugle and Rookie Zac Williams.

Sydney Swans premiership player Michael O’Loughlin will coach the Indigenous All-Stars, assisted by Roger Hayden, Adam Goodes and Shaun Burgyone.

The final squad will be released closer to the match.

The Indigenous All-Stars v Richmond match will be played on Friday February 8, 7.00pm CST, at Traeger Park, in Alice Springs.

The National Indigenous Radio Service will broadcast the match live from 6.30pm-10.30pm local time (8pm-12 midnight AEDT). The AFL website (www.afl.com.au ), AFL Northern Territory website (www.aflnt.com.au ) and the Richmond FC website (www.richmondfc.com.au ) will LIVE video stream the match.

Gates at Traeger Park will be open to ticket holders from 5pm and pre-match entertainment will include a performance from Manuel Nulupani Dhurrkay from the Saltwater Band.

The Indigenous All-Stars will perform their War Cry before the game commences.
