What’s in store for 2013:

Fast paced midfielder Adam Treloar had a stand out first year in the AFL competition, playing eighteen games and earning a NAB AFL Rising Star nomination for his 37 disposal display against the Pies in Round 18.
After missing the beginning of pre-season training with injury, Treloar joined the main group after the Christmas break and played in all three rounds of the NAB Cup.
Now, just nine days from the Battle of the Bridge, Treloar is fit and set to play a vital role in the GIANTS midfield in 2013.

What the coach had to say:

Leon Cameron - Senior Assistant Coach
"The back half of Adam's year last year was fantastic on the wing.
"What we're really looking forward to seeing from Adam is seeing him stepping inside and becoming more of an on-baller to compliment his outside skills. He's been doing that over the NAB Cup but we're really looking forward to seeing him continue it this season."

What Treloar had to say:

"It's been a long pre-season and I've been back with the main group training properly since January.
"It's been great that I've been able to stay fit and healthy since then. I feel fitter and stronger than this time last year and I hope that means I can run out games more.
"We'll all take some confidence out of the win over St Kilda and try and take that form into the Battle of the Bridge against the Swans."
