Midfielder Josh Kelly is a late out for the round three match against the Bulldogs.

Midfielder Josh Kelly will miss tonight’s clash with the Western Bulldogs due to calf tightness.

Kelly will be replaced in the 22 by Jackson Hately with the second year midfielder to play his first game for 2020 to add to his seven games in his debut season.

The late inclusion of Hately is the third change for the round three match with Isaac Cumming (omitted) and Toby Greene (knee) also out of the side.

GIANTS General Manager Football Jason McCartney said: “With a five day break between games, we aren’t taken any risks with Josh,” he said.

“At this stage we’re confident he’ll be able for selection next week.

“Jackson Hately has been banging the door down with his training form and we’re confident he’ll be able to play a role tonight.”
