The GIANTS have reached another milestone for the 2014 season, passing 11,000 members after the win against Melbourne at Spotless Stadium.
After signing up 12,741 members last year, GIANTS Director and inaugural coach Kevin Sheedy said the club wanted to beat that total in 2014.
"It's a significant milestone to reach 11,000 members, just short of last year's total, which we hope to exceed in the coming weeks," Sheedy said.
"With our first home game in Canberra this Saturday at StarTrack Oval, now is the perfect time for ACT members to get behind their AFL team.
“We have three great games at StarTrack Oval, Canberra across the season so it's fantastic ACT fans can be part of the journey.”
