The GIANTS Foundation is delighted to announce the appointment of Margot Faraci to the Board of Directors.
Ms Faraci is a senior leader in Australia's biggest business and private bank, heading the Sydney and Brisbane markets for NAB.
She has extensive experience in business banking, leadership and law with a reputation for driving change in complex environments.
Raised in a family business, Ms Faraci is commercially astute and relentless in finding new opportunities.
Ms Faraci was raised in regional Victoria where the local community revolved around Australian Rules football.
She’s still involved in the game now as coach of her daughter's football team and believes strongly in the power of sport to integrate society and lift the spirits of the broader community.
GIANTS Foundation Chair Paul Lewis has welcomed Ms Faraci to the Board.
“Margot brings a wealth of experience to the GIANTS Foundation and we’re delighted to have her join as a Director,” said Mr Lewis.
“Not only does Margot bring vast commercial acumen to the role, she also has a strong community focus which is central to everything the GIANTS Foundation does.
“Margot has a history or creating innovative mentoring programs for female students and Indigenous youth and we look forward to her involvement in a range of GIANTS Foundation programs.”
