Forward Jeremy Cameron will be available for selection against the Western Bulldogs on Saturday after missing the match against North Melbourne with a virus.
Cameron has been the GIANTS best forward this season, kicking 33 goals in 12 games, and will be a welcome return to the GIANTS line-up at StarTrack Oval Canberra.
Midfielder Rhys Palmer is a chance to return to the GIANTS side for Saturday’s Prime Ministers Cup/ Cbus Building Australia Tribute match after missing the last two games with a foot injury.
Veteran Dean Brogan continues to be treated for a back complaint and is a chance of playing his first match since round 8 this weekend in Canberra.
Midfielder Anthony Miles injured his foot in the UWS GIANTS 126 point win in the NEAFL and will undergo a test later this week, while young ruckman Andrew Phillips is expected to remain on the sidelines for another month with a hamstring injury.
In better news for the GIANTS, Co-Captain Phil Davis successfully got through half a game for the UWS GIANTS in the NEAFL.
It was Davis’ first match since April due to a back injury and the tall defender is expected to return to the AFL side in the coming weeks.
