Replicating the noise of 90,000 screaming Richmond fans might be a tough ask, but the GIANTS have given it a decent crack.

The GIANTS, will experience some extreme conditions at the MCG on Saturday, with the one-sided crowd expected to test the players' communication skills under pressure, so they turned up the volume at Wednesday morning's training session.

With the help of the sound system at Spotless Stadium, GIANTS players took to the track with the ground speakers blaring as they have done on previous occasions this year, to help acclimatise ahead of Saturday's blockbuster.

Coach Leon Cameron said he understood the hype surrounding the Tigers and the crowd's expectations, but his team had more to focus on than opposition supporters.

"We spoke about it on Monday for about 30 seconds," he said.

"I think the players realise that we've been to Adelaide and Perth and played in front of big crowds, and obviously (that) doubles when you go the MCG.

"But I think it's fantastic, it's a great opportunity for us and I don't want our players to shy away from it.

"Whether its for the national anthem or when they score, or when we score, the atmosphere is electric and this is what our players work through pre-season for.

"I'm confident that our 22 will have some fantastic moments, they'll have some moments they'll look back on and say 'I could have been better there', but I don't expected our players to be overawed by the crowd."

Cameron's men fared well the last time they played a final in front of a massive crowd. Over 60,000 fans packed into ANZ Stadium when they beat Sydney by 36 points in the qualifying final last year.
