Coming into the count with six votes to his name over his first three seasons in the competition, Kelly polled maximum votes on five occasions across the year. His 21 votes takes the club record for the most votes by a GIANTS player from Ward, who polled 19 votes in 2015.
Ward, Shiel and Toby Greene had two best on ground performances each as 11 GIANTS polled across the evening.
Kelly, Shiel and Ward are all expected to feature prominently when the GIANTS crown their Club Champion at the 2017 Kevin Sheedy Medal on Friday, October 6.
