"The things they have as an advantage is they've been around for 13 or 14 years, they've played finals footy, and they're experienced players," he said.
"When they play their best footy they add a serious amount of value to our 22.
"They've got some work to do, they're not there yet. They've got to tick a number of boxes before we even put their name into consideration.
"Yes, they've had some injuries in the past, but that's going to be a good conversation at match committee, whether we think they're ready to play."
