Rookie Zach Sproule has been upgraded to the GIANTS’ senior list with young midfielder Will Setterfield moved on to the long-term injury list. 

Sproule, a 197cm forward from Albury, joined the GIANTS as a Category B Rookie in the 2017 Rookie Draft having come through the GIANTS’ Academy. 

The 20-year-old has spent the last two seasons on the GIANTS’ list and has been in fine form in the NEAFL this season, kicking 29 goals in 17 games whilst he has also featured in the midfield and ruck.

Setterfield has been placed on the long-term injury list as he continues to progress well in his recovery from a season-ending knee injury suffered during a practice match in February.
