The GIANTS are looking to turn the world’s biggest fun run into a sea of orange and we need your help as we aim to raise $30 million to build a brand new children’s hospice in Western Sydney to help very sick babies and children.
Sparked by GIANTS legend Callan Ward and his wife Ruby through the heart-warming story of Rio’s Legacy, the GIANTS Foundation is looking to use the 2024 City2Surf as its key driver to help achieve the incredible fundraising ambition.
Together with Rio’s Legacy and the Mounties Group, the GIANTS Foundation is proud to announce this campaign to build the ONLY Western Sydney facility to provide specialised respite and end of life care for babies and children – Mounties Care Cottage!
With this year’s City2Surf (held on Sunday, August 11) expected to soon reach its capacity, the GIANTS are calling on members of the Orange Army to assemble now and sign up to take on the 14km course to help us assist the lives of families and their children in our community.
Whether you want to walk, jog, or smash a personal best, sign up to the City2Surf as a GIANT fundraiser and be part of something special.
With run clubs all the rage at the moment, the GIANTS have decided to create their own to assist those who sign up to the City2Surf as GIANT fundraisers.
Run by former Australian Olympic coach John Quinn, the two-month run club program will include weekly in person training sessions and online educational sessions to get you ready to storm the streets of Sydney in August for a life-changing cause.
Register now (select the Orange Wave) and choose to fundraise with the GIANTS Foundation to be part of something GIANT in 2024.
