2007
Drafted by the Western Bulldogs with pick 19 in the 2007 National Draft.
2008
Made his AFL debut against St Kilda in round 11, 2008.
Graduated High School in November 2008.
2009
Won a Rising Star nomination against Fremantle in round 18, 2009.
2011
After 60 games with the Western Bulldogs, joined the GIANTS as an un-contracted player ahead of the inaugural season in 2012.
2012
Named one of the club's inaugural co-captains alongside Phil Davis and Luke Power.
Played in the GIANTS' first AFL game in round one, 2012 and kicked the club's first-ever goal.
Named in the AFLPA’s 22 Under 22 in 2012.
Became the first-ever Kevin Sheedy Medallist in 2012.
2014
Won the Brett Kirk Medal in the Sydney Derby in round one, 2014.
Named in the All-Australian squad for the first time in 2014.
2016
Led the GIANTS to their first-ever finals series in 2016.
Named in the All-Australian squad for the second time in 2016.
2017
Featured for The Flyers in AFLX in 2017.
2018
Played his 200th game in the AFL in round eight, 2018.
Voted the AFLPA's Most Courageous Player in 2018.
Named in the All-Australian squad for the third time in 2018.
2021
Became the GIANTS’ games record holder in 2021.
2022
Played his 250th AFL game in round 2, 2022.
Became the first player to play 200 games for the GIANTS in round 13, 2022.
2024
Becomes the 103rd person to reach 300 AFL/VFL career games and just third person to play game number 300 at the GIANTS, joining Luke Power and Heath Shaw.
