Isaac Cumming headlines a strong VFL side set to take on North Melbourne.
After a pre-season calf injury affected the wingman’s preparations, Cumming will return to the field this Friday when the VFL side takes on the Kangaroos at Blacktown on Friday afternoon.
After an epic win over Werribee last weekend, their first home and away loss since round four last year, the GIANTS will be looking for their third win of the season when they take on the Kangaroos at home.
Also returning to the side are VFL listed GIANTS Tom McCaffrey and Taine Moraschi. McCaffrey returns for his first game since the opening round clash with Footscray while it’s Moraschi’s first appearance of the year.
Small forward Darcy Jones goes out of the side after being named to make his AFL debut in the GIANTS’ ANZAC night clash with the Lions at Manuka Oval.
Izaak Hughes has returned home and is continuing to recover following a nasty collision in last week’s win over Werribee while Billy Clark has been omitted.
The GIANTS’ VFL side will feature 14 AFL-listed players against the Kangaroos on Friday as they face off at Blacktown International SportsPark at 1:05pm on Friday.
