The GIANTS have made two changes ahead of a critical clash with Carlton on Saturday afternoon.
Georgia Garnett will return to the squad while Grace Hill will make her AFLW debut.
Hill signed with the GIANTS on the eve of round one as a replacement player for second round pick Fleur Davies.
The 24-year-old is relatively new to the game, joining the UTS Bats in the AFL Sydney Women’s competition in 2019.
She has been a part of the GIANTS’ train on program since May this year and has thrived in the elite training environment.
The netball cross-coder is naturally athletic and is expected to bring power and work rate in the backline this weekend.
Georgia Garnett has been cleared to play following her hamstring injury last week, with the pair set to replace Georgie Fowler and Meghan Gaffney who have been omitted.
Saturday’s match is the first home game at Henson Park for season seven.
Gates open at 11:10am, with first bounce getting underway at 12:10pm.
