Coniglio suffered the injury in the GIANTS Round 16 match against Adelaide at Spotless Stadium.
The 20-year old has been a consistent performer for the GIANTS this season averaging 22 possessions a match.
In his third season in the AFL, Coniglio has played 14 games to take his career tally to 44 games.
