The GIANTS Foundation and PCYC NSW have entered a three-year partnership to engage and empower more young people from culturally diverse, low socio-economic and disadvantaged communities across Western Sydney and regional NSW. 

PCYC NSW Chief Executive Officer Dominic Teakle said PCYC is proud to be partnered with a great community club like the GIANTS, whose values align so strongly. 

''Humility and gratitude are such important factors in success. PCYC NSW in partnership with GIANTS, demonstrates a commitment to serve community and deliver programs that change young people’s lives,” he said. 
 
“For 85 years PCYC has been a charity that works with Police and the community. We are inspired by the success of the GIANTS as a team and their commitment to community. We hope that success will in turn provide inspiration to young people who are at risk of disengaging from their family, schools, and community.

“Every day we work to empower young people to make the right choices and to develop their skills, character and leadership. Thank you to the GIANTS for joining us in that mission.’’  

GIANTS Chief Executive Officer David Matthews said the club is proud to partner with PCYC NSW. 
 
“PCYC NSW is an exceptional organisation who have had a connection to our club over a number of years now,” Mr Matthews said. 

“We’re proud to enter into an official three-year partnership to elevate our existing connection and continue to engage and empower more young people across Western Sydney and regional NSW. 

“As a club we continue to prioritise our comprehensive community outreach programming across Western Sydney and the ACT as a key pillar of our organisation. 

“The aim of the GIANTS Foundation is to enhance the lives of people through education and awareness and utilise the positive influence that sport can have to make meaningful change. Our partnership with PCYC NSW will help us continue to do this and ensure making a difference in our community is at the heart of all that we do.” 
 
The partnership is a great fit, with 11 PCYC clubs located in the GIANTS Western Sydney heartland – Auburn, Bankstown, Belmore, Blacktown, Campbelltown, Fairfield-Cabramatta, Hawkesbury, Liverpool, Mt Druitt, Parramatta, Penrith – and another 44 PCYC clubs in regional NSW.
