The Greater Western Sydney GIANTS are pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Moore as a director of the club.

Paul Moore is the Chairman, Chief Investment Officer and principal shareholder of boutique investment manager PM CAPITAL, which he founded in 1998. Prior to establishing PM CAPITAL, he worked with Bankers Trust Australia as Head of the Retail International  Equity Group.

He is also a passionate advocate of the development of Australian football in NSW and the ACT, having been closely involved as a partner of the Slater & Gordon GIANTS Academy as well as the Sydney Swans.

Chairman Tony Shepherd congratulated him on his appointment and said he would be an excellent acquisition for the GIANTS.

“As one of the industry’s pre-eminent investment managers, Paul brings a wealth of business experience but also a proven interest in growing the game in Sydney and Canberra and we look forward to his contribution as we continue to build what we think will be a great club on and off the field,” he said.

Paul Moore said he was excited about the opportunity to help build the GIANTS.

“Building an AFL club in Western Sydney and the ACT is a big challenge but I have been greatly encouraged by what has already  been achieved and believe there are some huge opportunities for the GIANTS in these markets in the years ahead,” he said.
