There's just three days to go until the GIANTS play the Swans in the Battle of the Bridge at Spotless Stadium with our third-year players set to fire.

As we count down the days, we’re also counting down the reasons why you should get in quick and snap up a ticket to the big clash.

Ten players who started their AFL journey with the GIANTS in 2012 are on track to bring up their 50-game milestones this season including Dylan Shiel (33 games), Adam Treloar (38 games), Stephen Coniglio (30 games), Toby Greene (38 games), Devon Smith (38 games) and Curtly Hampton (35 games).

Young star forward Jeremy Cameron - who is already an All-Australian, two-time GIANTS leading goal kicker and Kevin Sheedy Medal winner - has now played 37 games.

In 2014, the GIANTS expect the club’s improvement to come from the development of the third-year players and their leadership.

Seven third-year players make up the GIANTS’ emerging leaders group, including Coniglio, Smith, Treloar, Cameron, Shiel, Hampton and Matt Buntine.

The GIANTS play the Swans in the Battle of the Bridge at Spotless Stadium in Sydney Olympic Park at 4.40pm on Saturday, March 15.

The two sides will play for the White Ribbon Cup in support of Australia’s only national, male-led primary prevention campaign to end violence against women.
